321.1 FINGERPRINT SUBMISSION
The Board adopted regulations effective January 14, 2011 requiring electronic criminal background checks for all licensees. If you were initially licensed prior to January 1, 1997 or if the Board does not already have a record of an electronic submission (e.g., you provided fingerprints via fingerprint cards due to residing out of state) you must submit your fingerprints via LiveScan.
The Board recognizes this fingerprint requirement represents an inconvenience to many licensees, but criminal background checks are an essential component of the Board of Chiropractic Examiners’ mission to protect consumers.
