How to Participate in Administrative Procedures, Meetings, and hearings
- Board Meetings are open and the public is invited to attend pursuant to the
Bagley Keene Act. Time is scheduled during the meetings to provide the public with an opportunity to address the Board. The public may speak on items not on the noticed agenda; however, the Board may not take action on such items during the meeting. The public may also speak on items on the noticed agenda before the Board takes action on those items during the meeting.
