Definitions
- Accusation: A legal document that outlines formal charges filed against a licensee for alleged violations of the Chiropractic Initiative Act of California, the Business and Professions Code, Board regulations, or other applicable laws.
- Petition to Revoke Probation: A legal document that outlines formal charges filed against a licensee currently on probation with the Board seeking to revoke their license for alleged violations of their probationary terms.
